Dear Team,

In accordance with China’s national holiday schedule and to celebrate International Workers' Day, Shaanxi Ganqingsuji Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. will observe the following holiday arrangements:

1. Holiday Period

Start Date: Thursday, May 1, 2025

End Date: Sunday, May 4, 2025 (4 consecutive days)

Return to Work: Monday, May 5, 2025

2. Key Reminders

Production Department: A skeleton crew will maintain essential operations. Shift schedules will be shared separately by managers.

Office Staff: All non-essential operations will pause. Ensure all systems (e.g., computers, electrical equipment) are safely shut down before leaving.

Emergency Contacts: Designated personnel will be on call for urgent issues (contact list attached).

Safety Protocols: Security teams will conduct facility inspections on April 30. Report potential hazards promptly.

3. Post-Holiday Plans

A mandatory safety training session will be held on May 5 (9:00 AM) for all production staff.

Department heads must submit Q2 productivity reports by May 6.

4. Holiday Pay Policy

Employees working on May 1–3 will receive 300% daily wages per labor laws.

May 4 (adjusted weekend) will follow standard overtime rates.
