Subject: Dragon Boat Festival Holiday Arrangements
Dear Team,
In observance of the traditional Dragon Boat Festival and in compliance with Chinese national holiday policies, Shaanxi Ganqingsuji Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. will implement the following holiday schedule:
1. Official Holiday Dates
Holiday Duration: Saturday, May 31, 2025 (Festival Day)
Extended Leave: Friday, May 30 – Sunday, June 1 (3 days total)
Work Resumption: Monday, June 2, 2025
Note: May 30 (Friday) is designated as a compensatory leave day for the adjusted weekend.
2. Department-Specific Guidelines
Production Division:
Maintenance teams will conduct equipment checks on May 29.
Critical operations will continue with double pay for staff on duty (May 31).
Office Staff:
Ensure all documents and systems are secured before departure.
Remote support may be required for urgent client projects.
Logistics:
Last shipments must be finalized by 3:00 PM on May 29.
3. Safety & Compliance
Facility Security:
Security patrols will operate 24/7. Report anomalies via hotline: +86-29-82466517
Travel Safety:
Employees traveling during the holiday are advised to check weather alerts due to potential rainstorms.
4. Holiday Traditions & Wellness
To celebrate the festival’s cultural significance:
Zongzi will be distributed to all employees on May 29.
Join our virtual "Dragon Boat Race Challenge" (team-based fitness activity) – prizes for winners!
5. Post-Holiday Reminders
Department heads must submit H1 2025 Performance Reviews by June 6.
A post-holiday safety briefing will be held on June 2 (10:00 AM, Conference Room A).
